Persistent Mormons coming to doorstep

Anonymous
i find proselytizing offensive, even if it is done by "kids" (what's the problem -- the grown ups are too scared to do it themselves?). i am equally offended that the mormon church supports going through rolls of the dead, and "converting" them after the fact. this was even done to holocaust victims.

my religion does not support proselytizing. we respect the right of others to believe as they wish, without being harrassed or bothered. i would like to be afforded the same courtesy.

They say that the Romney campaign's ground game is well-organized and impressive!

I love the Mormon people. Nicest, best families in my neighborhood. Literally, these kids COULD NOT BE BETTER KIDS! use them as baby sitters, dog sitters, etc.

But the problem is that I've studied Joesph Smith and Brig Young extensively and am 100% positive that the whole religion is a fraud. Smith might have been insane (schizo) or he might have simply been a con man looking for young girls and money. Not sure. The lies in their key works (within the recent history so we have court records of his fraud) makes the 2,000 year old new testament look like a textbook of facts. So how do you reconcile the two?

Some of the nicest people I have ever met have been Mormons, seriously. Good people who will do anything for you.
I loved when they would come around when I was growing up - 2 handsome guys standing on my front doorstep acting very interested in me!

Did anyone ask the Mormons what they're giving up for lent?
