This has to be a joke, but no |
| Why 2 pairs of underwear per day? |
|
For 8 days I’d find laundry. So I’d bring 1, with another lounge set that I’d wear when hanging in the room and which could double as pjs in a pinch.
Ideally I wear pjs for 2 nights at most. But when traveling I’d go 3-4 nights to save space. |

1 nightgown
1 pair of biker shorts/T-shirt |
| I’m weeping for how far humanity has fallen. |
Because someone needs to crowdsource this, or because some people are willing to wear the same pair of PJs for a week? (Me. I am willing to do that) |
| One. I take a shower before going to bed and use underwear. |
| 2 long satin nightgowns (they are very loose and roomy), and one kimono. |
In a hotel room with a friend? |
| 3. My pj bottoms are ridiculously soft and comfortable but definitely trap odors after a while. If I’m truly needing to save space, maybe 2 and handwashing one along the way. |
| I sleep in clean underwear. I lack a lightweight robe in case hotel doesn’t offer one. Would never bring pajamas. Maybe a t shirt or silky slip. |
| I sleep in a tshirt. Initially my answer to this question was-- I pack one sleep tshirt. But then I realized I probably never have been on an 8-day trip where I didn't have the chance to do laundry. So maybe in that scenario I'd pack two sleep tshirts. But definitely no more than that. |

The 8 pjs for 8 nights responders - I guess none of you are backcountry campers?
|
| I would pack two. |
| two pairs of sleep shorts and tank top, with laundry sheets if needed. I also shower before bed and no longer get my period. |
