Were you born stupid or did you have to practice? I will spell it out for you slowly and simply: The. Problem. Is. That. The. Children. Don't. Feel. Safe. Going. To. The. Bathroom. The. Entire. School. Day. And. It's. Because. They. Get. Harassed. And. Assaulted. By. The. Kids. In. The. Bathroom. Who. Are. Vaping.

It's not about the mere presence of substances existing on this earth, or anything else. The kids do not feel safe using the bathroom for an 8 hour period because holding it all day long is preferable to dealing with the people that loiter in the bathroom. Do you get it?

You should ask for a refund from whatever education program spit you out. You probably went to FCPS didn't you?
