| Harvard vs Yale game or Duke vs UNC game. You choose. |
| Duke is part of the booming Research Triangle Park. UNC 8 miles away with NC State 15 -20 miles. Much better weather and more amenities. Advantage Blue Devils. |
| Attendance is down at the Harvard-Yale game. Most of those who go choose tailgates in 30 degree weather. No one cares. Duke vs Carolina rivalry is great in multiple sports. |
| The Duke worshipping here is insane. The Harvard name carries much more weight - for an intellectual person, Harvard is the way to go. Sports games and drinking in a field is temporary. A Harvard education is forever. |

Pick Duke if you dribble or throw a ball at the high P4 level.
For everyone else, Harvard. |
Seems like a lot of people noting the strengths of Duke aren't necessarily saying to choose it, just noting that there are decision factors for which Duke is clearly ahead, so one would not be absolutely crazy for doing so. If someone asked me, all things being equal (no scholarships, not a basketball player, etc.), I would almost definitely say Harvard. But if that person said they chose Duke over Harvard I would not think they were nuts. The world isn't totally black and white. |

The immature Duke cries? |
What did Duke do to you? Lighten up. |
|
Very simple enjoy 4 years at Duke and get an advanced degree at Harvaard.

Oh, just go to HLS/HBS/HMS! Why didn’t I think of that? |
| Can't speak to the undergrad as much, but I picked Duke over Harvard for med school and my MD. Duke's grad schools are pretty strong overall and from what I've seen, there's a strong pipeline from undergrad to most grad programs |
| DC is at Harvard and loves it. Not into sports so Duke wouldn’t have been a good fit. |
My thoughts, exactly!!! |
Raleigh-Durham, home of office parks, or Boston, one of the most picturesque and historically significant cities in the U.S. and the best college town. Even Chapel Hill is a million times better than Durham |
