YOU are the one making it political. He invited the team to come and they accepted. Good grief. There are lots of presidents you can disagree with, but it is not hypocritical to accept an invitation and be recognized by the people in your country.

Do you not have access to the internet? Are you unable to watch the actual video? He denigrated the women’s team. He did this. we don’t take the blame for his behavior.

No. Plus it was horrible timing right after the women's win. And he never called them or did anything for them the day or the day after their win.

I made the comment above about hockey being a MAGA sport now but absolutely forget about women's hockey, a college near you may have a team

The viewership of Men’s hockey is going to nosedive because of this. We used to go to several caps games a season and had season tickets for several years. I’ll never go again unless players or the NHL get the courage to make a statement.

But the real women's hockey fans attend in person. Why wouldn’t you? The tickets are way cheaper than men's.
