This is simply not true. Bethesda and Armour were the only DA clubs in the area.

They are grandfathered in. Same thing used to happen with edp at the youth level. They would be at the bottom but a better performing team would be regulated for spring. I saw it numerous times over the years. Doesn't matter to me. I'm glad there is a place were certain types of players can continue to play mls next. No my child is not there.

AD is new but mls next does remove teams. How could they keep adding every year if they didn't remove? The league would have 30 teams if not.

For the MLSNext teams, 4-5 including Sal I think. Almost every coach at Achilles has played for Sal and how practices, games, coaching are run is pretty consistent (DS is at Achilles).
