Usha Vance is Pregnant!

I was in PA this past weekend for a family wedding, and on Friday evening I had dinner with my good college friend who practices there as an OB/GYN. I was shocked to learn that right now, close to 70% of her current patients are 40+! And on top of that, most of those are surprise/oopsie pregnancies. She was telling me that women get lax with their birth control in their 40s and attribute missing their period to perimenopause.

A coworker just found out she's pregnant and her 45th birthday was 3 weeks ago. She has twin 18 year olds and a 16 year old. I can't imagine starting all over at 45, but she seems excited.
