PP with a DD who was accepted but still has to audition. She's actually planning on a double major in the public policy department, which is very highly ranked also, btw. Performing arts kids would typically not be the ones to make anyone feel "less than" about academics or anything else for that matter, and while they can maybe seem cliquey or aloof sometimes, it's usually due more to general fatigue and distraction than a superiority complex. (e.g. DD has a 4.5 GPA and is highly accomplished in her art form but left for a competition this weekend wearing two different shoes)
