It seems a lot of posters don’t think women are capable of looking after themselves at all or being accountable as adults for their own decisions. I doubt Randy's kids are in public school.

We are talking about Tori bc she has been in the spotlight for decades. Randy left Hollywood for Portland a long time ago. He's a life coach and has rarely spoken about his dad, though I do remember he seemed upset but not willing to discuss the inheritance situation on a talk show once. They are probably both holding out hope Candy will leave something to them or the grandkids in the end. But who knows- she seems cruel.

No doubt she can afford to, but what people are reacting to you is that there are pictures of candy very recently and she looks like the 80-year-old woman that she is. This picture was not a result of a facelift. It was just photoshop and AI.

The fact is that those amazing photos of Kris Jenner after her facelift were also heavily Photoshopped. She did have a fantastic facelift, but there were pictures of her at an event shortly after those amazing photos were released, and they were untouched, and she actually looked closer to her age.

This. Martha Stewart did the same thing a few years ago with an SI photoshoot that was heavily filtered/photoshopped. She still looks great for her age but she looks her age -- in the photo she looked 30 years younger. It wasn't this bad (better photo shopping) but it was the same idea.

Leaving LA for a relatively normal life in Portland is probably the best thing he could have done. He also apparently had a drug problem in his youth that he addressed. He did really well for himself.

I still think Tori is a product of her environment and her mom is largely responsible. (I think her dad wasn't of sound mind in the end). But yeah, I agree with you that Tori could have made better decisions, especially with regard to her 2 marriages. Dean was and is a mess. I still hope she turns it around, at least for the sake of her kids.

Tori does tell a story that when she was in high school she asked if she was pretty, and Candy said "you will be when you have your nose done."

It seems like Tori had plastic surgery at a young age before that was really common.

Absolutely she’s made some bad choices. It was clear she was never taught about money, but that should have been rectified long before it was. And it was clear she thought she was going to always have hundreds of millions and that was a rug that was pulled out from under her - and she really didn’t need to have five kids.

So I’d say it’s a mixed bag, both her and her mother have made bad choices. But Tori has always worked and what has candy done? I did the math and it looks like she got together with Aaron at 20. She’s never held down a job or had to work a day in her life.

This is a good point.
I also think it's ridiculous that she and her brother have gotten so little from the family when they have so much. Candy has always seemed like a nightmare.
