Dick Cheney has died

Cheney was part of the power structure that brought us the DHS. They trampled all over our civil liberties and took away guardrails protecting our democracy from government excesses.

When I think of Cheney, I think of the devastation he visited on patriotic, brave, naive young American men and women who marched proudly off to defend America and came back either in body bags or broken beyond repair. I know. My young relative was one of those brave young men.

Thanks, Cheney.

People act like Millenials are all organic only UMC baristas complaining but they were slaughtered in Iraq and Afghanistan for this foolishness.

RIP I guess to the family who loved him (kinda?) But whatever. Not a good man and he lived to a solid old age. So...whatever.

Oh well that must be reason enough to praise him!

You don’t believe in gay pride? Mr. Cheney put family over politics and loved all his children equally.

No, I don’t believe in pride simply for being gay. That’s as ridiculous as being “proud” because you’re white. Or black. How can you have pride for something you have literally zero say in?

Trump will do nothing except maybe celebrate the demise of another radical leftist.

He is too out of it now. He'll fall asleep.

This. Any mention of him just makes me think of all the vets whose lives were irrevocably changed by his lies. It infuriates me.

Cheney shot someone in the face with a shotgun with impunity.

And ... Did they have any idea who he was?

He was Vice President in 2006-7

I'm aware of who Cheney was. The question is: Did the middle schoolers know Cheney?

RIP. I loved him and the Bush Admin. They were controversial, entertaining but they did put Americans first. I wish they were in office instead of the current batch of buffoons.

They sure did. They told us there were weapons of mass destruction and they sent other Americans' kids off to war. But the big question is: Did they send their own sons and daughters off to fight in the Middle East, or even their nieces and nephews? I'll wait for your answer.

This is absolutely what I remember him for.
