I'm not outing my kid for telling us the truth.

How is it outing your kid by just saying which school they attend? Presumably they were not the only one at the party.

If your kid is at a small school its not hard to figure it out.

You realize that MULTIPLE schools go to these parties, right? And there’s more than one party. So yes it is hard to figure out.

I’m guessing Gonzaga as well.

I know of at least 2 parties in the Alexandria area on Halloween with multiple schools going. One was apparently around 200 kids. I'm guessing that's the one people are referencing. Glad I kept my DD home.

If we're talking about the same home in Alexandria, I didn't allow my DD to go either. Parties there are notorious and kids crash from private & public schools all over the area. Obviously the underage drinking is a huge issue and liability but even setting that aside for the moment, I don't understand how the parent continues to allow it after the extreme mess it makes in their home. It sounds like the Halloween one was bad, even compared to past events.

Is this the one where kids broke down the fence when they heard sirens and ran?

I responded earlier about one in Alexandria and it was not a Gonzaga party, nor Stone Ridge. It sounds like it's a common problem across all schools.

DP but the ones I knew of in Alexandria were BI, WestPo and some Gonzaga.

I would not want my kids drinking in 9th grade but these parties sound similar to ones I attended in high school? They were fun.

Gonzaga boys are known to just show up to parties uninvited and cause havoc in Alexandria.

Halloween was full of parties—don’t forget SSSAS and ACHS had parties as well. Parents and neighbors had parties too, same goes for the 4th of July and New Years Eve. This is not new.

Of course, but I think the one that was referred to as a huge freshman party which the cops broke up was the BI one with kids from other schools like West Potomac.

So this started as a thread on afterparties to HoCo for freshman, not about Halloween parties.

The Bethesda Titos party was not with any of the named schools thus far.
