The school sent out an email yesterday saying that the scores were up, but when DD logs in, it says it will be out tomorrow. Kind of odd.

DS got 1480 on PSAT/NMQNT. He’s a junior. SI comes to 220.
Have they already announced state cutoff for VA? I got some info but not sure if that’s for class of 2027.
When would the cutoffs would be announced?
I am happy with his score but he was asked by some friends if he would qualify as a semi finalist.

You will not know the cutoffs until September. My kid who's in the class of 2026 had an index of 223 in Virginia and is not a semi-finalist. It is entirely dependent on how everyone else does on the test and you will not know how your kid stacks up until the scores come out in September.
