Can you help me like Greek yogurt?

Chobani Coconut Greek yogurt is so good. Add fresh berries or jam.

OP back and really appreciate all the suggestions.

“Worrying” because I have a container in the fridge that I’d rather not toss.

Though I beg to differ on the availability of plain yogurt. 95% of shelf space at regular grocery stores is given over to flavored stuff. And don’t even get me started on fat free, which is a total abomination.

Think I’m finally going to try and make my own.

Make tzatziki from it and don’t strain the cucumbers. It will thin out the yogurt.

Lol, are you posting from the mid-1970s, when a gallon of milk cost $1.60?

First of all, not everyone like milk. Two, some people have lactose intolerance, so cannot drink milk. Yogurt has much less lactose and can be tolerated. So suggestions like drink milk instead are totally unhelpful.

In any recipe that calls for mayo, you can substitute Greek yogurt for half the mayo.

Some Greek yogurt brand are really thick, and my kids won’t eat it. Chobani is one of my kids favorites since it’s very smooth. Try different brand to find one you like.

Try Wegman’s 5%. You won’t be disappointed. It’s not chalky or too thick whatsoever, much better than Chobani or Fage, and better to me than Skyr or the one they sell at Costco (Skotidakis). Even the Wegman’s 0% is not bad.

Personally I really like oikos triple zero Greek yogurt. But I also hate chia seeds that you clearly like. To each their own.
