Most clothing types coming in are from Vietnam, Central America don't see many from India.

Yes, but there was a big USMLE cheating scandal involving India, Nepal, Jordan, Pakistan, and Japan "cheating rings" in 2023-2024. USMLE investigated and invalidated a lot of scores. Appeals were denied.
