The only thing that Trump has done that disappoints me is that he has not treated democrats the way democrats treated him. He hasn’t used the entire apparatus of federal and state courts to pursue a campaign of retribution against his enemies in the exact same manner that democrats pursued against him.

But he’s still got 42 months left, and with Brennen and Comey now under criminal investigation, it gives me hope.


But I truly WISH Trump will go after dems with the same ferocity that Dems went after him.

I, for one, do not see why I should be expected to tolerate liars who do so to HARM others. Simple explanation: After people have watched the schoolyard bully insult, taunt, and threaten a smaller kid on a daily basis, stealing the smaller kid’s lunch money, giving him a wedgie, shoving him in a locker, making him do the bully’s homework…when another kid comes along and slugs the bully and tells him to knock it off, you cheer, even if you generally think no one should be getting slugged.

Trump is the bully. His base are the idiot sidekicks who cheer him on and laugh at the kid getting bullied. People who are “other” are the kid being bullied: immigrants, the poor, LGBTQ+, people who aren’t Christian, etc. The justice system is the kid who slugged the bully. The people who are glad the bully got slugged are anti Trump. The people who didn’t care about the bullying as long as it wasn’t directed at them are Trump voters.

Now the kid who slugged Trump has moved away and Trump’s sycophants have grown another 6 inches taller. They’re indiscriminately terrorizing everyone on the playground. They’re the only ones who are safe.

Me too and it's all true but to be honest with ourselves we should also acknowledge the other 50% of sheep who are routinely duped into supporting the other failed political party that has intentions only to help their ultra wealthy mega-donors. The truth hurts but denying it does us no good.
