Best beer or alcohol for drinking all day?

Session IPAs have the same taste and lower alcohol content. In the summer though, Miller Lite or a pineapple High Noon are my go-tos.

Drink what you like.

Best advice is to avoid overly processed beers, which most American style pilsners are. Miller, Budweisers, Coors, Michelobs, etc. are all the same junk, and not good for you at all.

Natural Ales unfiltered are better. Cask beer pumped by hand is best but hard to find in dive bars or even nice ones.
Bottle conditioned if you want something close.

Honestly drinking anything “all day” is pathetic past your early 20s and ought to get you to seriously consider w-t-f you’re doing and why this is even an interest.

At the very least it teases out depression, loneliness and lack of fulfillment. You’re certainly not going to find solutions to those issues in a case of prole beer or a bottle of the finest wine.
