NP. I see a real shift to state schools and especially SEC schools in my real life. I’ve even seen Ivy-potentials not apply to any, or even turn down an Ivy. The reason is the perception that that the value isn’t there, and they are miserable places.

Miserable? My kid’s gets big name concerts on the green. SNL at the theater. Tons of festivals. Laid-back and friendly.
