Inova puts BSN on nurses badges if they have one. And they get paid better than RN without BSN. It still matters for pay and for career options.

I have worked with many ADN nurses who went to school at night or weekends for a prolonged period to get their BSN for many reasons and it is hard. Would recommend getting BSN from the start.

Lynchburg. Close. Gives a ton of aid. Good at the pre-health paths. One of the few undergrad nursing programs with a cadaver lab.
