This happened to me as well. It was really frustrating, because I had just gone on HRT about three months before and was finally sleeping well after having struggled terribly with sleep for years. And then I went on Wegovy and all of a sudden had trouble sleeping again. I had really bad nightmares at first as well. The good news is that my sleep is finally a lot better, although I do still have more anxiety dreams than I had before taking the medication. The bad news is that my sleep is finally better, but it has taken about a year.
