And… Your information is out of date as well. No one is taking Ozempic for an off label purpose at this point. They are taking Wegovy. Which is the same active ingredient, marketed and approved for weight loss. |
The “rule or reg” is patent law. But more specifically, the law allows for compounding when there is a shortage. |
All you have is questions because you don't actually have any answers. How many drug acquisition deals have you run? Generic competition analysis? What do you know about the intersection of FDA approval and patent law? Do you know which types of drugs are more typically developed by big pharma themselves as compared to those that are developed outside big pharma and acquired to be further developed and taken to market? See, I can do the same thing, but the difference is I am not suggesting there is an alternative without actually bothering to even outline something that does not involve people working for free. |
No one mentioned Ozempix and Wegovy. Since no starlet has a BMI of 30 or even 27, it’s an off label use. It is not approved for weight loss of 10-20 on a normal weight person. |
No, it’s actually not patent law, it’s FDA law. |
I am constantly surprised at how ignorant people are here, yet they post and correct. Hint: unless these actress are 3 feet tall, they don’t meet the indication. |
DP. So what’s the better system? |
But there was an exception so why or how and when is that over ? |
I posted the link for you on page 2. Did you read it? |
You can buy semaglutide or tirzapide now without a prescription. Got to this place in Montgomery Mall. They have another location in Columbia MD. https://www.vydration.com/tirzepatide |
It seems microdosing is the new Hollywood trend. Can you please share how to microdose tirz? Frequency and quantity? "Forget Psychedelics. Everyone’s Microdosing Ozempic Now" https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/lifestyle/lifestyle-news/microdosing-ozempic-weight-loss-health-gains-1236126989/ |
Says the Eli Lily, MAGA hat wearing sales rep. 👩💼 |
Many of us have stockpiled the compound. I have plenty to last me into next year and then we will see where we are. You can always pay for the medication direct from Eli Lily too. Just have your PCP or Callondoc prescribe it directly. You don't need a monthly telehealth subscription to get it. |
So far, there are no signs that the compounded meds are going anywhere. But the pharma flacks keep trying to make fetch happen. |
Depending on the type of facility, they still have a month or two to stop selling. Not sure what signs there would be now besides increased volume of sales (stockpiling). |
