I think they would have to. Not everyone from this round will accept,

For the 1st round of waitlist invites, they had until today, 4/22, to accept. So I assume, the next round of waitlist invites will go out soon.

Do you know whether kids' get in during the summer? We didn't know about intent form for the waitlist, so we filled it late. I'm trying to see whether to be hopeful because I haven't heard anything new

They continued to send acceptances through the summer last year but I would reach out to the program coordinator if you haven't already.
