It really is. And America's surrender to Putin will likely lead to a much worse war in a few years when Russia has rearmed. |
Source? And we didn’t give money, we gave military hardware |
Because Putin is Trump’s boss and is now our ultimate leader. |
In February and March 2014, Russia invaded the Crimean Peninsula, part of Ukraine, and then annexed it. This took place in the relative power vacuum immediately following the Revolution of Dignity. It marked the beginning of the Russo-Ukrainian War. Did America surrender to Putin in 2014? |
Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the United States has committed approximately $56.3 billion in security assistance to Ukraine though both presidential drawdown authority and the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative. https://www.defense.gov/News/News-Stories/Article/Article/3918679/latest-security-assistance-for-ukraine-announced-white-house-directs-dod-to-all/#:~:text=Since%20the%20Russian%20invasion%20of,the%20Ukraine%20Security%20Assistance%20Initiative. |
This. We are helping out the bad guy....I hope that is simple enough for the MAGA mind. Let me know if I should dumb it down anymore. |
How is it different? Does Russia invade Ukraine violence not make them terrorist? |
Yup he does not care about his own family and he certainly doesn't care about Americans. |
The U.S. has been falling victim to Russian disinformation campaigns for years.
This is from 2023: https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-67766964 The U.S. is now more willing to listen to Russia than Ukraine, which is exactly what Russia wants. |
And now Trump is blaming Ukraine for the war starting. |
Why can’t Ukraine hold an election? Zelensky has been in office 6 years. |
Are you really a person or are you a bot? How do you know Trump doesn’t care about his own family? That’s a ridiculous statement to make. |
Citation? Anyone notice that posters leave comments and never provide sources, links, or citations? Just broad, unverified statements with zero evidence. |
Zelenskyy's term was originally scheduled to end in May 2024, but the ongoing Russian invasion and the imposition of martial law prevented the regularly scheduled presidential election from being conducted. He is expected to remain president for the duration of the Russo-Ukrainian War. Due to this extension of his term, Zelenskyy is the second-longest serving president in Ukrainian history, after only Kuchma.
So, Zelensky has a great reason to never end this war. |
Admin and Russia will negotiate a peace proposal. Ukraine/Europe will almost certainly reject it if for no other reason than Trump’s involvement. That will provide the cover for the admin to cease aid and support to Ukraine. Leave it to Ukraine and Europe to fight their war.
