Teen DD wants a new dress for every nice occasion

This is a remarkably easy parenting problem and Valuable Life Lesson all rolled into one.

She gets on semi-formal dress a year (assuming she has multiple such occasions), new, purchased with mom and dad's money.

If she wants more than that, she can figure it out - thrifting, swapping with friends, saving her own money.

Good luck!

This is the way to go (absent a size change or major seasonal differences, of course).
