Chinese or Thai food. Second would be soul food. Fried fish/chicken, southern mac & cheese, greens, corn bread, bread pudding. Mouth is watering thinking about it.

I feel like we generally plan out family meals & grocery delivery with what we really desire to eat. I’m drawing a blank on what we crave that we don’t eat. I guess maybe I’d eat a danish or croissant from our neighborhood French baker with my coffee every morning? That’s the extent of the junk we eat in moderation I suppose.

I think I like variety too much to really pick one thing, but if I had to choose, I'd pick something like a warm, nutty brownie with vanilla ice cream. I love the different textures and temperatures.

lumpy mashed potatoes made with butter, sour cream, and chives, like my immigrant Irish grandmother used to

chocolate cake with buttercream icing, like my Elementary School used to make on-site in the 60s . None of the shipped-in plastic-tasting crap that is served in schools now. My college -age kids will never knows that delicious-ness.
