Cheese and pasta are great answers, but I’m going to have to go with chocolate cake. All kinds.* Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, chocolate fudge, German chocolate, mocha, flourless, with frosting, with ganache, with a raspberry filling, many different variations, all of them moist and chocolatey.
* I don’t consider white chocolate to be chocolate. |

Ramen is super easy to make from scratch at home, literally one of the easiest things you can make and you can also customize it to be fairly healthy/not super caloric. No need to go to any one special place, just figure out your own recipe and make it whenever. And I say this as someone who's been to the best little ramen shops in Tokyo |
