Nova troll? Rockville is like Vienna or other nearby just outside the beltway NoVa suburbs. Bethesda is like McLean. Of course there’s some pockets of NoVa more expensive than Bethesda(a huge area), while there’s pockets of Bethesda that are absurdly pricey.

Sorry, Vienna is much more expensive than Rockville. Just look on Redfin.
