2 is not a good year for restaurants. If you really want a family meal out, try breakfast. Give a snack before and go to a diner-type place.

If it’s dinner, you end up iust taking turns walking the two year old.

Op it could be asd or adhd (mine has both and had no speech delay). High functioning asd looks a lot like you describe.

What is her diet like? Have you tried an elimination diet where you remove like the top 5-7 allergens (dairy, eggs, peanuts, wheat, etc) plus avoid refined sugars and artificial colors, etc? Basically you feed her (and your whole family) a super clean diet of just certain meats, veggies, rice and fruits for like 6 weeks. If the symptoms (screaming, tantrums) resolve, you slowly add back things until you find the triggering food.
