We all got on the phone Friday morning. None of us had bothered listening to pundits and spin doctors. We all said the same thing.

“He’s not with it. He’s too old. He needs to step aside”
We saw what we saw, so miss me with your media talking points.

That is not the question. You need to choose trump or Biden. If you sit it out, you are not protecting your family. My family will be much better off under Biden so I need to try to give them that. If you want the con artist, then choose trump and protect your family from Biden.

This is a tired talking point and I don't get people like you. I'm not voting for Trump, but do I want a senile POTUS? No, and neither should you. Why is it ok with you? Demand better.

It’s not a talking point. It’s his voting works.

The PP is in a political news bubble just like the MAGA idiots. It's always us vs them and they'll vote for a cardboard box if that's what Hannity or Maddow tells them to do just as long as it is a vote against the evil other "side". Demanding better isn't an applicable concept when all you know how to do is vote against something you've been trained to hate.

DP. There were some positives and some negatives to Trump's presidency. But the insurrection is a No from me. That trained me to hate him, not some talking head on a channel that I don't watch.

I guarantee you that if the media coverage after the debate had not been all "OMG Biden is old!" then most people would not think Biden did poorly at the debate.

Once again, the pro-Trump media has fabricated disinformation on the American people.

You're correct that the media shapes narratives. However, Biden has clearly been impaired since at least 2019 when he bouts of word salad angrily explode from nowhere. The way the media covers the decline does not change the fact that Biden's dementia continues to accelerate.

You don't have to like Trump, and you don't have to vote for him. However, a vote for Biden is a vote for an unknown force to run the government, and nothing could disenfranchise voters more than to vote for a secret power.

And that’s why everyone of us needs to volunteer and donate. We’re not fighting for a Biden Presidency, we’re fighting for an anti-Trump presidency.

Is this the Trump Derangement Syndrome I’ve read about?

LOL.

Actually, the media can no longer ignore what many of us have been seeing over the past 3 1/2 years.

Interesting that sources are now confirming his decline.
Perhaps if these sources had spoken up a year ago, the Democrats could have had an actual competitive primary.

Truly a we have to kill democracy to save it approach. Madness.

The time to save it was fighting for a Democratic primary with debates instead of a crowning.

If you don't vote for Trump, but also don't vote for Biden, by default the numbers will be in Trump's favor and you will have a senile President Trump in charge.

What's deranged is continuing to support Trump no matter how bad he is. What's deranged is jumping on the bandwagon of every piece of anti-Biden trolling garbage you can find no matter how stupid, illogical or wrong it is. That's Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Whatever it is you're talking about, the ultimate outcome of it regardless of Biden is that Trump CAN. NOT. WIN.

You can keep saying that (and I don’t want Trump to win) but the Dems are handing him this election by insisting on sticking with Biden, whether that’s because of people actually voting for Trump or people refusing to vote for either of them. I never thought I’d be a non-voter, but I absolutely cannot in good conscience cast an affirmative vote for either of them.

Your non-vote hands Trump a win. Period.

After watching last week’s debate this talking point has lost a lot of luster. How about Dems demand better and replace the candidate that we all know will not be cognitively up to the task for the next 4 years.

Your non-vote hands Trump a win. Period.

Are you ten years old? It's more complicated than that, thanks to the EC. NP

Writing someone in is childish. Your vote matters everywhere and if you’re a woman or have girls, you need to take a look back at how recently women fought for your right to do so.

It’s not childish. Let the record show that people did not support either candidate.

Historians will argue whether or not that was technically an insurrection. What we know for certain happened that day is what was disclosed under oath by Trump's closest family and staff. Trump, as the sitting POTUS, ignored pleas for help for hours while the United States Capitol building had it's security forcefully breached by a mob of hundreds. I don't hate Trump but I know for damn sure he should never hold public office again. I'm amazed at how many fools there are in this country that can't see this clearly and are still willing to vote for him.

How do you know your family will be “protected” under Biden? Do you know the names of the people running Biden’s office and responsible for the decisions coming from his office? No. You trust people you don’t even know the names of to protect your family? That’s not what rational people do. You are blindly trusting unknown people to do something you are responsible for.

Rational people trust administrations that have rational people running it.

The Trump administration will not have rational people running it. Trump's picks were all horrible, and it was a revolving door of sleazeballs, grifters and outright sociopaths and vicious people like Steve Bannon and Stephen Miller.

Yeah, Alejandro Mayorkas flooding the zone with ten million poverty and criminal cases or Pete Buttigieg going on vacation for two months whilst planes are going down and East Palestine is on fire is "protecting your family" .

A cross-dresser who steals luggage from airports (as the top nuclear safety expert) and four star Navy Admiral Rachel Levine who transgenders as the country's the highest-ranking official of the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps is "protecting your family" .

It's getting deep in here.

Nope, watched it with my own eyes and in real time was like wtf is wrong with Biden. I actually was surprised Trump didn’t say “I have no idea what he just said” more often because there was so much that was unintelligible.
