GAG on the BP |
Shhhhhhh! Only people in the know understand. |
If playing soccer put me on UCLA's radar, I'd be ok with being in school there and just leaving the team if it didnt work out. Still a UCLA degree, she likley never got any scholarship money either way. Sounds like a good risk to take to me, nothing to lose other than coming to conclusion that your soccer career is likley over. Not ok with my family cause we will never be full pay, and UCLA out of state is absoultely full pay. Goes back to the argument that these girls would have likely gotten into some of these schools without soccer because of their zip code. In the UCLA example its 100% soccer but that doesnt mean that she will play, she likely helped raise the academic score for the class (which is a real thing). Womens soccer is a privilege game, sad but true reality |

I would have to say PL at NVA. No their 06s dont have many but their 07s have 9 or 10 D1 commits.
Wake (2) Penn State Michigan State Radford Vanderbilt UMass St. Johns American Plus they have a few 2026s on that team that aren't in the window yet but are definitely Power 4 material. I would say NVA is doing just fine. |
Doing just fine is cool. It’s not the best. |
Penn State...please. |
If the kid is happy not playing and the parents can brag...it's a good deal since they can pay for the roster spot. Seems to be more of that going on at the bottom of these top schools. |
Done well with the recruiting but as a coach.. uh oh... |
VSA just posted UCLA, Florida State, Stanford. I assume that was on behalf of VDA. |
McLean 2025 team with another Duke commit...that team must be loaded...anyone see them play? |
Union '07s I assume you are referring to, saw them get outmatched at nationals. Commit away for those bottom roster spots at P4 schools Union. The best club in DMV! |
Oh, so it's overloaded with roster spot players including the latest if I'm reading your comment correctly? |
4th place in weak MA division. |
No. DC Urbanmoms university. |
Seems like McLean sends a lot of girls to Georgetown |
