Yes and frustrated SAH wives too often want to try this out and fail after selling their parents' home and a cousins'. The bar to entry is too low. I avoid agent and do my own transactions - lawyer

WFH and internet/AI can do what’s left of your commercial real-estate job better than you.


Sweetie, that real estate isn't going away. And multi-family, office building conversions, warehouse and data center transactions will be around for decades. Land and associated buildings won't disappear because of AI and AI is decades away from being able to do aa large real estate transaction. You obviously have no idea what is involved.
