Realistic? Sure, it's not hard to be a realtor.
Good? Depends on if they are good at it and how the industry changes. But if they are interested in real estate development/financing, interior design, or sales more generally, there are related jobs to which they could pivot. |

Same. It’s for hot women who can’t be pharma girls. But it’s a tough life - they work nights and weekends their entire career. Some take Mondays off, but summer is their busy time. All in all - it’s tough to combine with a family. |

| Mine also talks about being a realtor. It’s fine. But even if it wasn’t, I don’t get to pick for her. I have her set up to intern with a realtor to make sure she understands the entirety of the job. |
