It would be lovely, but would the city cram it with the same folks they crammed into days inn? My parents used to stay there (our guest room is not accessible) but I have forbidden it now of course. So we are moving to a more accessible house.

Not going to happen, hotel demand is much softer post cv.

No idea who they are going to sublet it to, it's kind of a strange location and it's a huge space.
