100,000 sq feet is A LOT of space. I can't imagine that they still need it. Still, I am sure that if they signed the lease in 2019, they have several years left on it.

This is a LOT more planned density. Population is pretty stable and spread out a lot more than 20 years ago. Hmmmm....
