Anyone else think life is meaningless in the winter?

No.

Agree. This is heavenly. I'd take 60 degrees and sunny + dry like today, but any weather on the planet is better than July/August in DC.

For me it is! I love sunny weather that's in the 40s-60s. Summer is my hibernating weather.

It's not meaningless but does feel like life is on pause. But maybe that's not a bad thing.

People are so soft around here. Wear some warm clothes (layer if you don’t have any) and get out there

I would love it if wearing warmer clothes meant that the sun would go down at 7-8 pm instead of 5 (that’s my problem with winter - short dark days, not the air temperature).

Today was great! Able to go on walk with sunshine…not sweating and dying of heat while getting bug bites. In the summer I don’t even like going shopping bc getting from car to store is dreadfully hot with the sun beating down cancerous rays.

Summer is worse. Can’t do anything

I’m an introvert so winter is amazing for me. I don’t have to dress up and go to parties or weddings and such.

Thanksgiving and Xmas are enough for me

It sucks we don’t have a local beach . Atlanta doesn’t either but they have an aquarium . Dc is boring if you aren’t a tourist
