Habba had requested that the E. Jean Carrol defamation trial pause so Trump could campaign in NH, but the judge wasn’t having it. Then a juror reported covid symptoms and didn’t come to the court proceedings. During the discussion on what to do, Habba told the court her parents had covid also and she was starting to feel unwell. The judge did postpone the trial…but then a Trump supporter posed for a photo with Habba at Trump’s NH campaign victory party and posted it online immediately, so she was busted for traveling and attending a campaign event when she was allegedly feeling unwell. The guy who posted the photo was escorted right out of the victory celebration for exposing Habba’s covid concerns as fiction.
