Operating Budget

You need to lay off the pipe. They're amazing at it. I get 15 emails about every little thing.

I just read the detailed piece on the budget in the latest issue of Things to Know from MCPS. These people just like to complain about everything.

I am experienced budgéter. For chocolate and non-broken candy canes, I am willing to take one for the DCUM MCPS team and read then summarize the 505 pages.
