Operating Budget

Has anyone seen the FY25 Operating Budget? It is supposed to be available now. I am curious about the 8% reduction in Central Office, 70+ positions less. HR and Facilities were supposedly trimmed.

I see the guide on how to put together the budget but not the actual budget. Anyone have a link to the actual budget?
