If pediatrician cleared it, go back to daycare.

Your child has to stay 4 weeks, at least 3 weeks at home. RSV is very contagious, there's no antibiotics!!

Our daycare expelled a family a couple of weeks ago because they continuously brought in their sick child and disregarded our sick policy. They’re still looking for childcare. I suggest you follow your daycare’s policy because if they get fed up, they will terminate you.

Sounds like the OP could send her child immediately based on the daycare's policy.

Op here - this is correct. Daycare’s policy is to return 24 hours after end of fever / vomiting / diarrhea. Or stay home if runny nose is very excessive which this wasn’t.

For the love of all that is holy, recognize we don't actually know when a child is RSV contagious and when they cease to be contagious. Not only that, most people with RSV never get sick enough to go to the doctor or get tested. The.child's daycare is full of RSV, I promise you that.
