Insulated mugs similar to Hydroflask. It’s just the latest fad. They are usually huge and fill with about 40 ounces of water. Pricey also. |
UGG minis
Lip gloss Any make up or skin care Nail polish Squishmallows |
skin care is all the rage right now, so maybe some good skin care products or a trip to a spa for a facial? |
Stanley or Owala which is the new cup that’s getting popular and does have the benefit of having a seal around the straw and won’t spill if it tips
Baggu crescent bag Most teen girls like one of these shoes. Find the one your daughter likes: Birkenstock bostons, Ugg Tasmans, Adidas Sambas, New Balance 574 Nike Dri Fit socks iPhone 15 (I am just adding this because it’s new and a lot of kids will ask for it anyway, I don’t think you’re obligated) Digital camera (they love older digital items like this - there’s adapters you can get on Amazon to get the images off the card in the camera to their phone) Rare beauty blush, Drunk elephant skincare, the little star acne patches, Brazilian Bum Bum spray #62- if you want physical beauty items. Or just a Sephora gift card Silver jewelry is in > gold right now Record player + actual vinyl records I teach teenagers so this is what I see as commonalities between a lot of the girls |
Oh a certain subset of them also loves Bath and Body Works cream lotions because they “smell nostalgic”
I agree with the Instax cameras or the little printers that attach to your phone and print off stickers of your pictures. They love having physical copies of pictures and they think they look better than the iPhone ones with perfect clarity |
My teens aren’t into any of this stuff. Maybe because they’re not on social media? |
FYI Laneige sleeping mask and zombie masks are part of Prime Big Deal today!

Except that Stanley’s have been around for over 100 years. There are used by blue-collar, workers, construction, etc. to keep their drinks, warm or cold for long periods of time. But yes Only in the past 2 to 3 years have they become a pop-culture fad. Fun fact, Stanley’s were invented in 1913 by William Stanley who developed the first transformer that lead to the development of AC power… he wanted a way to keep his coffee warm all day, so created a double wall vacuum sealed steel thermos. |
Heads up that for those of you getting rare beauty products for your kids, Selina is donating all proceeds to mental health awareness organizations today. |
My teen DD is super into vinyl so she's getting that. Loves the old classic rock, in addition to new music.
Her skin is way to sensitive for any of the skin products noted. She'll prob. get lip gloss, highlighter and mascara (Tarte), and nail polish. She's not into the hydroflask or equivalent. She'll prob get another pair of converse, too. |
I just ordered the Tasman Uggs…they’re already back ordered at many place if you’re interested in the beige color. |
My 13 yo wants “comfy seating” for her room, more things that light up to decorate with, body scrubs, AirPods, stuff to make her bunk at camp cozy, a new River duffel for camping, new hiking boots, stickers to decorate her Nalgenes, camp spirit wear, nano blocks, and WWII history books. |
I got this for my 15 year old last year for her small bedroom. It has been a huge hit with her. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BJ1HQVCW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Stanley is a brand that has been around for well over 100 years making insulated food containers, lunchboxes, useful things. They’re a mainstay of camping stores. The New York Times has an article about how some influencers got them to bring back the tall 40 ounce tumbler a few years ago and now they’re making bank off of all the different colors. I picked one up at Ross for about $10 several years ago before they got trendy. |
Just got a Costco mailer today, apparently there are/will be squishmallows available at Costco |
