Same here! |
I start in September for this reason. |
$110 for slippers?! Pass.... |
I have this, too! I got it around the same time. Love it still and have pressed many flowers in it's pages. However, my kids are plenty nerdy and like words, but they resist using the dictionary. Must be a digital native thing. |
I love my Stanley, but I first got hip to them through my MS DD. She and all her friends have them at school. |

What vest? Must know! 🙏🏼 |
That was fast! A few months ago, it was very much for teens. A specific one though. |
My 11 yo and friends all want Stanley. |
Sure at 11 they’re tweens and follow the trends behind the teens. The high school teen crowd know it’s the moms that carry them around now. There’s all these hilarious TikTok’s that show Lululemon stanley moms on their way to soccer practice. |
My tween dd’s large Santa gift last year was expensive shoes (two pairs).
Disappointing “he” might be giving her more shoes this year. She has started to mention what she wants for her big gift. Sad that this generation has an outsized opinion of shoes in fashion. She has little brothers so we can’t do away with a Santa gift. Maybe we will give her one pair ourselves, but what other ideas are there for a large $150-average gift. (Sometimes I do $100, sometimes $200 depending on the child’s need, and as long as it’s balanced.) |

Sorry I messed up formatting.
Anyway, we shopped there recently, as opposed to looking online, and everyone shopping — Mom + high school girl was typical. And there I was mom + 12yo. I fit right in. Some dads there too. |
Loving all the rich people posting here. My teen does not want any of these things. |
So what does she want? I need ideas! |
