+1 It’s not at all rare for school districts to move problem students (see also: Virginia Beach). The admins at School 2 definitely knew this kid’s history.

As people have said many, many times: title IX changes under DeVos mean that a student who is *accused* of and charged with sexual assault but not yet convicted has the right to attend school. LCPS had their hands tied by Title IX and it created a scenario where another student was groped. But it was Title IX that allowed him to stay in school as a matter of rights while an investigation was ongoing.

Doesn’t mean he has to be allowed in the halls unsupervised. We have students at our school that require a bathroom escort simply because they routinely skip class and roam the halls. No other reason. One of the counselors or grade level admins has to escort them anywhere during class time.

Laughable. There isn’t enough staff to do this for all the kids who need it at a high school. I work in a high school, we absolutely cannot 1:1 escort every kid who skips class, plays in the bathroom or hall, or has some sort of legal issue going on. The amount of kids I teach who have ankle monitors and probation officers who literally come to the school to check on them alone wouldn’t be 1:1 monitorable.

HAHAHAHAHAHA. No.

He's a personal hero.

You aren’t a good person, in that case. Choose better heros.

He’s a charlatan and provocateur who behaves in bad faith with the goal of personal enrichment at the expense of children. A vile human.

That's the school board's story and they are sticking to it.
The grand jury was prepared to indict the lawyer for coaching witnesses, but they couldn't find a law that fits.

Then that means no crime was committed . That’s how the law works, ding dong.

Nope. I’m not telling you my school but it could be any school. You gotta quit kidding yourselves that because it’s Loudoun you don’t have kids doing drugs, selling drugs, fighting, skipping class to roam the halls all day, and getting into various activities outside of school that put them on probation and monitored status. Most of you have no clue what an actual day in high school is like.

(Also Douglass doesn’t even exist as an alternative school anymore- LCPS no longer has a true alternative school so these students now just stay in their regular home school and cause problems there)

I need you guys to seriously question your biases right now. There is absolutely no reason this could not be any school. The huge sexual assault case came from Stone Bridge and Broad Run. Like be real with yourselves.
