I know that Vans don't seem to last for my elementary DD, although for my teen they last just fine.
But mainly I'm posting to remind everyone they can purchase a foot measurement thing from Amazon for less than $20, which is one of the most useful things to have when buying online for kids whose feet grow overnight. |

The biggest difference we’ve found is the foam soles. My daughter destroys those regardless of brand— NB, see Kai run, they’re great and lightweight but she wrecks them in a month.
Saucony Jazz and Stride Rite have both been winners for us. |
