She is a woman who said that she was Donald Trump's girlfriend while he was married to Melania Trump. Donald Trump was afraid she would tell the news, and people wouldn't vote for him, so he paid her money to keep quiet. Paying that money was probably illegal, which is why he has been arrested.

Why “special friend” or “filmmaker”? Just say he was a girlfriend of the president she. He was already married.
