Police have said they have no idea what the motive is. The perp was also threatening schools in Ewing Township, NJ so those are all closed today.

I wonder if the child/children of a member of Congress was the victim of a mass shooting, would there be any response other than thoughts and prayers. Nope. That's their canned response.

The softball shooting didn’t seem to affect them. They love money from the NRA more than anything.

Two different actual members of Congress have been the victims of mass shootings and nothing has changed.

Yep. They are perfectly willing to sacrifice their lives, and even those of their own children, for guns.

Do you have inside info? It’s tragic even if it’s not DV related. No need to speculate. Last I checked, they haven’t even released the shooter’s name, nor any of the victims.

We have strong ties to that community. We lived there for a decade. This is devastating. We’re waiting on DD’s acceptance letter, and I wonder if this will affect her decision about where to attend college next year. I can’t imagine her being so far away from family nearby as a young adult dealing with a situation like this. My heart goes out to all the students and their families, as well as the area residents. They must be so worried and broken hearted.

Are you new to mass shootings? Something like 80% of all mass shooters are either domestic abusers themselves or grew up in homes with heavy domestic violence, which usually means violence against women. PP has no inside information, s/he just knows this basic fact.

Putin smiles indeed. Most of these freak shows are known to law enforcement and a good number of them are already guilty of offenses that make gun ownership a very bad idea.

And didn’t some court decide recently that it’s unconstitutional to take away guns from DV offenders?

Depression after the death of the shooter’s mother.

That's not a motive. That's a mood disorder. But why shoot up the school. Did he hate the school, former employee, racially motivated? Any news org see his social media?

Easy access to guns.

This has been updated. He’s not a felon. He was barred from gun ownership during probation, not forever.

Yeah. Let's look at how that happened.......This tweet could also go ini the thread about Bill Maher and his criticism for Dem's soft on crime attitude.

Doesn't matter. The shooter in the recent mass shooting in California was Asian. They all have two things in common: they are male and they have access to guns.

Ah, yes. I am sure that the disgusting shooter was a big fan of theirs.

I blame the guy who did it who had a lenghty rap sheet and was illegally in possession of a firearm
