Ah the bitter tears of white losers. Love it. |
Difficult considering it's Anonymous. |
And yet the geographic distribution of accepted students won’t change a bit. Nice BS story though. |

This. And I'm a public school parent. You're educating a child. Not purchasing a selective college guarantee. |
Cry some more, loser. |

This message has certainly not been communicated at my kid’s school. Most decisions haven’t been released.
The only thing I can think of is *maybe* one kid didn’t get into first choice and the CCO was brainstorming ideas on that particular school? Still seems off. It would be best to not assess the cycle until results are actually out. |
Public schools do not do better they just have huge classes so the optics may looks better but even that I doubt and we are from a great pyramid. |
I didn’t say they do. No would I say private schools always do better than public. The sane and rationale amongst us, know this is a stupid argument as has been borne out by research. Public and Private schools in this area both deliver a quality education and opportunity for college should a student so desire. |
I heard that you are making sh*t up. What schools have released RD decisions? |
Public’s don’t do better in this area. It’s relative to me. Yeah publics might have more # that for T20 but that’s because they have 600 kids. What public neighborhood school is sending 10% to Ivy and 50%+ to T20 schools? |

Has been posted before but here is the class of 2021 and class of 2022 GDS acceptance list (based off of pubic Ig posts which for '22 were 90%+ of the class and 2021 were 50% of the class) - so NOT fullsome but pretty close directionally. List includes all college who took 2 or more GDS kids combined between 2021 and 2022. This is matriculations not all acceptances of course.

| ps. at GDS and Sidwell, CC offices stopped releasing the annual list and now just show last 5 years combined in any public document. |
Acceptances or matriculations? |
Someone keeps making this point, but a lot of kids apply almost entirely EA. There are many schools where is you look at the scattergrams at NCS, plenty of students apply EA and no one applies RD, and they tend to be lower ranked schools that have become more unpredictable. So while I think results will shake out in March to be better than they are now, many kids have heard from a slew of EA schools and may not be waiting on many if any RD schools. |
