Wait, so you have to be undressed in the pools? That's why they are single gendered? Surely kids aren't around for that? |
It's a hot chamber done up with the titular mineral. People lie down on mats on the floor, relax and "breathe" the emanations that purport to be variously good for you. The benefits are lsited on a card at the entrance to the room. I personally think this is bunk, but really enjoy making a tour of these mineral rooms. My favorite in the early days of Spa World was the room with little clay balls, but it seems that they never washed them and now they stink of the sweat of decades. Still very popular though. |
all ages are there, its never a issue. Its the way Korean Spa's always have been. |
Yes, yes, and yes, kids are around for that. |
We took our teens to spa world and they knew it was naked in the pool areas before we went and we’re ok with it. We had a great time. Took some cards to play in the main room . Kids went off on own to all the sauna rooms. Wanted them to learn about self care and how other cultures do it. |
boys, too? |
yes this spa is both male and female. All ages use it, no different than all ages men and woman use any other pool only difference It's separated by gender so the dress code is not an issue. |
I wear a bathing suit and nobody cares. |

Why wouldn’t they be? |
Just wait til they learn you can spend the night at some Korean spas too? With children! |
Not at Spa World you don’t. I’ve seen the ladies holler at people for wearing bathing suits. Or do you mean under your scrubs in the common areas? |
You're not allowed to wear a bathing suit at spa world. I've seen people asked not to enter the pool while wearing suits. It's nude only in the bade pool. |
It used to be such a great option for early flights. |
Do they have plus size clothes available? |
