Long term sub not teaching much

Funny, I would totally prefer being a long-term sub to an actual teacher because I could actually focus on teaching, without dealing with all of the BS trainings and paperwork. Lower pay, but more control!

It's already been stated by several people that this is simply not the case. Long-term subs are expected to do all of the things teachers do - which is ridiculous since they're paid almost nothing.
