Insurrection Hearings 6/28 and beyond

Amazing how so many of these people are stupid enough to destroy their future in politics. Hutchinson. McEnany. The security people. Unbelievable.

Explain. Would you have us with nobody for security?

Gotta love it.
She’s pretty, and so soft spoken. She’s meek, mild, and subservient to these old dudes.
And she’s gonna cook ‘em.

The President and his Chief of State were co-conspirators in the attack on the Capitol. Is that enough for you?

Honestly, what else is there? What would people consider a bombshell?

Trump trying to grab the steering wheel and attacking his security chief to go to the Capitol? Is that bombshelly enough?

Did she witness it or is it hearsay? Sorry to sound like I'm defending him, but this isn't a bombshell. Why was this an emergency meeting?

It’s not hearsay.

Yeah, that behavior is not admirable but it's not impeachable or criminal. Wasn't LBJ as badly behaved or worse?

The more important parts of her testimony were how Meadows and Trump knew everything and wanted violence.

So either Trump isn't afraid of ANTIFA or else, it wasn't ANTIFA.

Why would people lie about this? This really meshes with other things he says and does.

He assaulted his security detail. That is a crime.

Throwing dishes and pulling table cloths off tables and grabbing secret service officer by throat?! Good lord, a toddler in a 70+ year old body.

Is that it for the day or is someone else testifying after the commercial break?

Did she see it? I did not hear the testimony. I can't imagine Meadow's assistant was riding with the ex-president. If she did not personally witness it, it is hearsay. I do hope she saw it!

He did say he could shoot someone in Times Square and nobody would care.

Commercial break? I thought it is a bathroom break.

A small c crime. For a president, it's not important.

Sheesh.

Sheesh.

There are some much bigger crimes here.

She also said that when she was told this story, the person it happened to (Engel?) was standing there, listening to it. He did not dispute the account that was told. Maybe it is hearsay, but 1) this isn't a real trial and 2) I take silence to mean agreement. If it wasn't true, wouldn't the victim speak up when he heard it?
