smh stupid DC residents blaming dads getting shot outside Doi Moi on "not being street smart," uber eats drivers getting killed by teenage car jackers as "oppression of black youth" and now blaming a kidnapping on FOUR YEAR OLD. Actually you’re using very outdated advice if you teach your kids “stranger danger.” There are much more effective strategies.
