Lol my toddler surely would have run into traffic or gotten lost in a crowd, I have no idea why people think a leash is worse than that.

Yes, because your toddler is more uncontrollable than the billions of toddlers before her.

Many of those billions did get lost in crowds and hit by cars, and yeah my toddler was much less controlable than other kids. My first child didn’t need one.

Teaching religion to children under the age of 13 should be considered child abuse.

Piercing the ears of infants should be considered child abuse!

I mean the term toddler leash might be new but the concept sure isn’t cf “tied to your mother’s apron strings” as a common phase in the late 1700.

The British version of The Office is far superior to the American version.

Squirrels are just rats with benefits. Take away the fluffy tail and big eyes, and you have a rat. They cause so much destruction, yet people think they are cute. Possums do so much more to benefit our ecosystem, but people are skeeved out by them because of the tail. We need more possums and fewer squirrels.

I think the American college system, with the emphasis on athletics and extracurriculars for college admissions, and portfolios instead of test scores, is a lot of nonsense. We should do it the way many European countries do it and go strictly by grades and test scores. Fewer people should be going to college, and there should be better job skill training for those who don't.

Pitbulls should stop being bred
I am liberal but restorative justice/not holding kids accountable is a terrible idea
Kids need to meet certain minimum criteria to graduate high school. Not just in theory.

Most of the people who have bad sex after marriage were having pre-marital sex with their partners before marriage. They either accepted the bad sex, or their partners changed after marriage and kids.

I think there should be no pre-marital sex or any sexual contact before marriage with any one. In cultures where premarital sex is taboo...most people are happy to marry because they can then start having sex at last. Most of the times, the early sexual deprivation makes them very appreciative and desirous of continuing to have sex after marriages.

No sex, bad sex, mismatched libido is a problem of a permissive culture where premarital sex is accepted and encouraged. As a result, people may have slept with many people, may have had many relationships before marriage and then they continue to wonder why they fail so spectacularly in their marriage/marriages. 50% divorce rate is a symptom of this sickness.

I disagree.

Schools should teach about all religions to all students and try and find the commonalities in all of them from an early age. This will lead to a harmonious society.

Parents should teach about their religion to students in a way that there is emphasis on the humanitarian aspect of religion only. This will connect the children to others in the community and improve their mental health.

I think GPA and test scores still count the most. The issue is that grades don't mean much if there is a huge disparity in quality of education. I think the problem with ECs nowadays is that students need to excel at them or have leadership positions which means kids don't get to explore interests as much. For example, t's sad that kids have to pick a sport in like elementary school and focus on excelling in it from a young age vs. trying out different things.
